Bennedetta Peto - HR Director

Bennedetta reports to Glen Crawford, Group Managing Director, and is responsible for all aspects of the Strategic Human Resource agenda for the UK, including training and development.

Having joined Cabot in February 2009, Bennedetta brings with her over 20 years cross sector experience, having held a number of senior HR positions in companies such as Lloyds TSB, British Aerospace Engineering and the Kingfisher Group.

In addition,  Bennedetta has held senior operational roles as well as being a Management Consultant with Accenture.  Bennedetta has a BA Honours Degree in Business Studies.
