Glen Crawford – Group Managing Director

Glen Crawford is Group Managing Director of Cabot Financial, having joined as a founding Director in April 1998 after acting as external Legal Counsel to the Group's original institutional sponsor. Glen has led two subsequent management buyouts of the Group, the first in 2004 and the second in 2006 as well as multiple enhanced refinancings.

Before Cabot, Glen gained over 10 years experience as a corporate lawyer representing UK, US and international clients in a wide range of M&A, joint venture and corporate finance transactions. He has extensive experience in consumer credit and data protection law and is a leading expert on debt sale and purchase in the UK.

Glen joined as a founding Director of the Group from US law firm Mayer, Brown & Platt.  He was articled with City law firm Gouldens where he practised for six years before joining Mayer, Brown and Platt's international practise.

Glen is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court, a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Directors.
