Grant Young - Group IT Director

Grant Young reports to Ken Maynard and is responsible for the strategic development and operational capabilities of all Information Technology solutions used throughout the Cabot Financial Group.

Grant has 30 years experience of working within the IT sector.  He has previously worked for Watson & Phillip, Community Hospitals Group plc, and at Iron Mountain as Vice President IT delivering IT services on a pan-European basis across 17 countries.  More recently Grant was the Global Head of Operations and Support at Dunnhumby.
