Cabot Credit Management Rises to Investors in People Champion

Cabot Credit Management (CCM), a market leading acquirer and manager of consumer debt, has been chosen as Investors in People (IIP) Champion, following its successful achievement of IIP Gold earlier this year.

Only companies that achieve top results for IIP Gold make the grade of Champions, who are described as elite, and handpicked leading organisations that help to inspire others to achieve more. They are seen as leaders in people management excellence and pioneers in people management practice. The role of an IIP Champion, which is accredited for one year, is a diverse one, committed to sharing and promoting best practice.

Neil Clyne, Chief Executive Officer, Cabot Credit Management, said: “It’s fantastic to have been chosen as an IIP Champion. It really sets us apart from other companies and gives us an opportunity to share our best practices. Yet again it shows that we are a company that is setting the very best standards for our people.”

As a Champion a company has to deliver best practice activities such as presentations, mentoring or hosting open days, encourage suppliers, where appropriate, to work with IIP, contribute to the development and evaluation of the IIP framework, draft a Champion case study and promote the IIP status via its company website.

This achievement follows the group attaining a place in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies To Work For - 2013.
